Positions

Physician (MD/DO) - Primary Care

Job Summary

Positions available in Kennewick and Spokane.

The Physician will set an example of compassionate care and will be responsible for the delivery of Primary Care services to patients based on the group’s policies, procedures and protocols. The Physician will report directly to the Medical Director for assignments, consultation and staffing and will work closely with other medical, mental health, laboratory and administrative staff as required.

Reporting Relationships

The physician will report directly to the medical director for assignments, consultation, and staffing and will work closely with other medical, mental health, laboratory, and administrative staff as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality care to patient
  • Set an example of compassionate and knowledgeable medical care
  • Stay abreast of developments in Family Medicine/Primary Care and regularly communicate relevant information to other providers in the center
  • Be available for consultation to caregivers for routine care and for emergent medical problems
  • Participate in meetings as appropriate and/or as requested by the medical director

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Intake and assessment of new patient
  • Request necessary history and treatment plans from outside providers when indicated
  • Create a plan of care/treatment plan for new patients
  • Direct patient care including medical assessments and follow-ups
  • Manage an appropriate caseload including paperwork
  • Work collaboratively with team members to diagnose, manage and evolve patient care
  • Work collaboratively with outside providers
  • Order and analyze appropriate laboratory tests, when indicated
  • Facilitate educational groups
  • Travel to assigned sites
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Attend staff meetings

Education and Experience

  • MD/DO in Family Medicine/Primary Care. New grads are welcome!

Licenses/Certifications

  • Must be licensed as an MD or DO
  • BE/BC in Family Medicine

Physician (MD/DO) - Allergy Specialist

Job Summary

Position is for Kennewick, WA.

The Physician will set an example of compassionate care and will be responsible for the delivery of allergy/immunology services to patients based on the group’s policies, procedures and protocols. The Physician will report directly to the Medical Director for assignments, consultation and staffing and will work closely with other medical, mental health, laboratory and administrative staff as required.

Physician (MD/DO) - Interventional Pain Medicine Specialist

Job Summary

Positions available in Kennewick and Spokane.

The Physician will report directly to the Medical Director for assignments, consultation and staffing and will work closely with other medical, mental health, laboratory and administrative staff as required.

  • Provide the delivery of quality interventional pain medicine to patients.
  • Procedures, Therapies, Medication Management, etc.
  • Set an example of compassionate and knowledgeable medical care.
  • Stay abreast of developments in interventional pain and regularly communicate relevant information to other providers in the center.
  • Participate in meetings as appropriate and/or as requested by the Medical Director. 
  • Intake and assessment of new patients suffering from pain.
  • Request necessary history and treatment plans from outside providers when indicated.
  • Create a Plan of Care/Treatment Plan for new patients. 
  • Direct patient care including medical assessments and follow-ups.
  • Manage an appropriate caseload including paperwork.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to diagnose, manage and evolve patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with outside providers. 
  • Ordering and analysis of appropriate laboratory tests, when indicated. 

Education and Experience

  • MD/DO in Interventional Pain Medicine
  • Fellowship Trained in Interventional Pain Medicine

Licenses/Certifications

  • Must be licensed as an MD or DO
  • BE/BC in Interventional Pain Medicine

Physician (MD/DO) - Addiction Medicine Specialist

Job Summary

The physician will set an example of compassionate care and will be responsible for the delivery of medical services to patients based on the group’s policies, procedures, and protocols. The physician will provide case management for assigned patients and will be responsible for medical, educational, and administrative services as assigned.

Reporting Relationships

The physician will report directly to the medical director for assignments, consultation, and staffing and will work closely with other medical, mental health, laboratory, and administrative staff as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide the delivery of quality addiction medicine to patients
  • Set an example of compassionate and knowledgeable medical care
  • Stay abreast of developments in addiction medicine and regularly communicate relevant information to other providers in the center
  • Be available for consultation to caregivers for routine care and for emergent medical problems
  • Participate in meetings as appropriate and/or as requested by our medical director

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Intake and assessment of new patients suffering from substance abuse
  • Request necessary history and treatment plans from outside providers when indicated
  • Create a plan of care/treatment plan for new patients
  • Direct patient care including medical assessments and follow-ups
  • Manage an appropriate caseload including paperwork
  • Prescribe appropriate medications to assist in recovery as indicated by intake/assessment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to diagnose, manage, and evolve patient care
  • Work collaboratively with outside providers
  • Identify patient needs requiring medical management in addition to their substance abuse/recovery needs, i.e., dual diagnoses
  • Order and analyze appropriate laboratory tests, when indicated
  • Facilitate educational groups
  • Travel to assigned sites
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Attend staff meetings

Education and Experience

  • MD/DO with a minimum of two years’ experience in substance abuse/recovery programs or experience in an agency or healthcare area providing substance abuse services required.

Licenses/Certifications

  • Must be licensed as an MD or DO
  • Must possess a valid Drug Enforcement Administration registration (X Designation)
  • BE/BC in addiction medicine

Physician (MD/DO) - Rheumatology Specialist

Job Summary

The physician will assist with clinical duties including patient consultations, office visits and triage phone calls, and general rheumatology work. Base salary plus benefits package available that includes RVU bonuses, coverage of malpractice and health insurance, allowance for professional fees and licensing, and paid time off. Pay will be a salary between $170-$230k DOE plus an RVU bonus and benefits on top of that.

NP / PA / ARNP - Interventional Pain & Primary Care

Lynx Healthcare seeks several full-time Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners or ARNPs for our group to assist with clinical duties. We are hiring for several locations which include the following areas: 

Washington- Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, Spokane

Specialties- Interventional Pain Medicine and Primary Care

Benefits:

Base salary plus benefits package includes RVU bonuses, coverage of malpractice and health insurance, allowance for professional fees and licensing, and paid time off. Salary range: $70-$110k DOE & specialty plus a monthly RVU bonus. Total compensation package ends up being around $130-$170k on average. (depending on specialty)
