Executive Team

Ian Evans, CEO, Chief Executive Officer

Ian Evans

Ian Evans started his career in the medical field working at Staff Care, and became one of the quickest and youngest to reach VP status. When Staff Care was bought by AMN Healthcare, he left and helped establish and grow CE Medical Group. As an owner and the CEO, he helped consult physicians, hospitals, and clinics all over the country in the interventional pain management specialty. After growing that business into a national brand for eight years, he sold to his partner and became one of the owners of Pinnacle Pain Center, a clinic he had originally helped set up and get established as an initial client of CE Medical Group. After taking over as an owner and becoming the CEO, his goal of building a healthcare company is becoming a reality, as he has transitioned a private, single-specialty clinic into a growing multispecialty group covering three states.

Curtis Read, CIO, Chief Integration Officer

Mr. Curtis Read has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Utah. Mr. Read started out in the medical field as a physician recruiter and consultant for Staff Care, Inc. In this position, Mr. Read assessed physician and allied health professional practice opportunities, worked with healthcare executives to craft strategic search plans, and identified and recruited physician and allied health professional candidates in the Anesthesia specialty.  This allowed him to see a new opportunity as many Anesthesiologists started going into the new specialty of Interventional Pain Medicine and would struggle to run a business as they tried to make the transition from being hospital based employees to setting up their own private clinics.

When Staff Care was purchased by AMN Healthcare he joined CE Medical Group as the VP of Physician Relations, and became a partner of the group. Here, Mr. Read helped create a new company focused on management services in the medical industry, specifically in Interventional Pain Medicine, and built it into a national brand. During one stretch alone Mr. Read was instrumental in the startup of nearly 40 pain management clinics all around the country. Dealing with startups, mergers, acquisitions, and recruiting for clinics, groups, hospitals, and health systems all over the country in the Pain Specialty has fueled a passion for improving patient care, saving private practice, and putting the control of medicine back in the hands of physicians.

This led to selling to another partner and again joining his colleague and friend, Ian Evans, as an owner in Pinnacle Pain Center (now Lynx Healthcare).  As an owner he has taken on the roles of CBDO and now CIO to help build what was a single clinic into a multi-specialty group covering three states.
